Mr. Anakhu, a pioneer staff at Sundry Foods since 2004, initially joined as our bakery manager. Overseeing the bakery operations for most of the company’s history, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing our bakery business.
With a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science & Technology from the Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu, and a Certificate in Operations Management from the Business School Netherlands in Nigeria, Mr. Anakhu holds a strong educational background.
Additionally, he is certified as a Professional Food Manager (CPFM) and HACCP Professional (CHP) by the Global Food Service Institute in NYC, USA. He is also recognized as a Certified Baking Technologist by the American Institute of Baking Science & Technology (AIB) in Manhattan, KS, USA.
In charge of ensuring the profitability of our entire baking operations, Mr. Anakhu is renowned for his expertise in bakery product development. Before joining Sundry Foods, he amassed over 20 years of experience working with Frenchies Bakery, one of Nigeria’s oldest institutional bakery businesses.
